Adjustable for comfort, easy to take on and off. Ideal length of material should be 1-2 inches longer than the diameter of your upper arm. Use a flexible tape measure around the part of your arm you would like to wear the cuff - include your measurement in order notes during checkout to ensure that you receive an ideal fit*
